The One Million Stories Creative Writing Project believes that we all have a story to tell!
One Million is a very big number so we expect submissions in every genre...all that we ask is
that you tread carefully with regard to the use of profanities! (We don't mind a few Effs and
Butts!)
We don't publish everything. We publish the best, and the bar is rising daily.
We are a widely read team and plagiarism will not be tolerated. Many of you will be better read
than us so if you spot something amiss on these pages then please do not hesitate to let us
know.
Write about whatever you like, or don't like. Take 50 to 5000 words. Take your time, or just
write something right now.

Terms And Conditions (It's about looking out for each other) 1. When you submit a piece of writing, to the One Million Stories Creative Writing Project, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 2. The One Million Stories Creative Writing Project complies with the Data Protection Act and will treat your information in strict confidence. 3. Submission of a piece of writing does not guarantee publication. The editing team's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prior to publication the editing team may edit your submission. The One Million Stories Creative Writing Project reserves the right to publish all, part of, or extracts from the submission. 4. The One Million Stories Creative Writing Project is not run for persons under the age of 18. The Project is run by and for persons over the age of 18. Please be advised that persons under the age of 18 should only access the site with consent of a parent or guardian. The site includes many naughty words and scenes of a saucy nature. 5. You grant the One Million Stories Creative Writing Project the right to use the name that you submit in connection with your work. 6. All submissions or parts of submissions subsequently published in the collection, or online within the One Million Stories Creative Writing Project remain the copyright of the author. 7. You may publish with whoever you wish and enter into agreements with whomever with regard to the work published by the One Million Stories Creative Writing Project. 8. By submission of your work to the One Million Stories Creative Writing Project you agree to grant a royalty free license to publish your work in perpetuity in any media. This is standard practice for website content to enable websites to function and display information and it means that, put simply, we are protected from any future claim for payment from any future third party agreement in to which you may enter, and for that we will be grateful. However, we respect the personal nature of writing and will always seek to inform authors of our intent. 9. The One Million Stories Creative Writing Project will regularly publish submissions on the website that the editing team decide are representative of the high quality of the work submitted. 10. When you place an order with the One Million Stories Creative Writing Project we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order, containing details of your order. Please allow 28 days for your order to arrive. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase goods or services, which is accepted by us when we send the e-mail confirmation to you that we have dispatched said product. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the dispatch confirmation e-mail to you about the book or other service or product that you have chosen to purchase. 11. Your personal information is protected by the Data Protection Act and will not be shared by third parties. The One Million Stories Creative Writing Project will use your details to take care of orders, deliver products and services, process payments and communicate with you regarding goods and services. 12.
